Carbondale Visit

I missed my Carbondale group so much

I decided to take a quick weekend trip!
We decided to keep our tradition alive and visit

Bandy's Pumpkin Patch.

Isn't Fall great?

St Thomas, Virgin Islands

It's fall break for the kids and family vacation time~
We decided on St Thomas this year!

A local recommended Meagen's Beach for snorkeling.

(We got up at 6am just to get there before

the hordes descended from the cruise ships.)

The water was warm and clear;

we saw sea turtles, a few fish, and sting rays!

We loved being the only ones on the beach!

Coral World Ocean Park

The highlight of our trip was visiting Coral World;
a park dedicated to those living within,

and above, the Caribbean Sea!

Green Iguanas were everywhere!
Immature animals are bright lime green

and turn camouflage pattern as they age.

They feed on leaves, fruit, and flowers;

the red hibiscus being their favorite.

These stingrays were so friendly~
they would jump right up at you!
